Do you supply spare parts?
Yes — after-sales support includes spare parts supply and responsive communication on WhatsApp and email.
Which certifications do your machines carry?
Certifications are model-specific (for example CE, EPA and ISO documentation on select models). Check the product page or ask us for the documents.
How do I request a quote?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T) and other standard international payment methods for export orders. Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed together with the proforma invoice.
How are the machines shipped?
Every machine is export-packed in our workshop and shipped by sea freight to your port, with FOB, CFR and CIF options available. Mixed containers with several models are possible for wholesale orders.
Can I get a sample or test the machine first?
Yes. We can arrange a factory demonstration or a trial unit for qualified buyers — visit our factory in Shenzhen, or ask us for on-site testing arrangements at your location.
How does OEM/ODM production work?
Send us your specification or drawing, we confirm the build plan and timeline, then produce, inspect and export your customized machines. OEM branding with your logo, color scheme and packaging is supported.
