How many units fit in a container?

It depends on the model, but most compact machines allow several units per 40ft high cube, limited by floor footprint rather than weight. Send us your model and quantity and we will produce a loading plan showing exactly how many fit, with the total weight, before you commit to freight.

What payment terms do you accept?

A deposit of 30 to 50 percent before production with the balance after inspection and before shipment is our standard structure. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account in the company name. For larger first orders we can work with a letter of credit through your bank if you prefer.

How is the machine shipped?

Machines ship fully assembled and secured with chocks and lashing inside the container, not crated, because crating wastes container volume and adds freight cost. We send loading photographs showing every unit in position before the container is sealed, along with the loading plan and weights.

What is the warranty?

Twelve months covering manufacturing defects and component failure, with wear items such as filters, belts, blades and tracks excluded. Ask us to confirm the clause on who pays freight on a replacement part before you order, because that is the line that determines whether a claim is practical.

Can you supply to my country?
