The SDL1000L is our 1000kg tracked lift dump truck, and it runs a 19.5HP R500 gasoline engine. A full tonne travels on rubber crawler tracks, goes where a wheeled machine would struggle, and then the bed lifts and tips the load exactly where you want it. We shot both videos on real job sites rather than in our own yard, so what you see is the machine loading, hauling and lifting the bed.

It earns its place when a tonne of sand, gravel, concrete or spoil has to cross soft ground that a wheelbarrow or a pickup cannot reach. One trip does it. Then the bed lifts and the load lands precisely where it is needed, with no shovel involved.

What you get with the SDL1000L

  • 1000kg payload. One tonne per trip, which turns a job that would take dozens of wheelbarrow runs into a few passes.
  • Lift dump. The bed raises hydraulically and tips, so you pour into a skip, a trench, a foundation or a raised form instead of shovelling off a heap.

Questions we get asked

What is a lift dump truck used for?

It travels on rubber tracks and tips at height. That combination places material over a wall, into a hopper or onto a raised bed instead of leaving a heap on the ground for someone to shovel. On tight sites where a loader cannot reach, it removes the manual lifting step.

How does it differ from a standard tracked dumper?

A standard tracked dumper tips at ground level. Ours raises the bed before it discharges, so you fill a skip, a trailer or a raised bunker directly rather than shovelling out of a heap. The trade-off is more hydraulics to look after, which is why we send the parts list with every machine.

Can it work on soft ground and slopes?

The rubber tracks spread the load, so it crosses wet ground and finished surfaces that a wheeled machine would rut up. Slopes are a different question. Loaded travel up a gradient comes down to the surface and the angle, so tell us the terrain and we will confirm the safe working limits for your site.

What maintenance does the lift mechanism need?

Hydraulic oil level, hose condition and pivot lubrication, checked to a schedule rather than after something fails. Hydraulics cause most of the downtime we see on lift machines. That is why the parts list goes out with the machine, with part numbers on it, so seals and hoses can be reordered without guesswork.

Can I order one unit to try it?

The minimum order quantity is one unit, which lets you test build quality and performance on your own ground before committing to volume. Wholesale pricing starts at higher quantities. If one machine leaves space in the container, we can mix this model with others from the range and fill the box properly.
