We ship SDL200L mixers most weeks, and these two clips come from customer sites rather than our yard. The 200L tracked concrete mixer mixes and moves concrete at the point of use, on ground a walk-behind mixer cannot reach. The chassis is self-propelled, on rubber crawlers.
SDL200L in action
Why the SDL200L earns its place on site
- 200L drum capacity. Enough for foundations, post holes, garden paths and small slabs, and small enough that you are not paying to run a truck mixer.
- Rubber crawler tracks. A steel-frame chassis on rubber tracks crosses mud, gravel, sand and soft ground. Wheelbarrows sink in that ground. Three-point mixers cannot get there at all.
- 4.3kW gasoline engine. Compact power that starts easily anywhere on site.
- Compact footprint. 2450 x 330 x 1470 mm with the foot pedals and bucket fitted, which is narrow enough for gates, footpaths and greenhouse rows.
- Wholesale and OEM/ODM. We sell this model factory-direct from TorqMax, with custom colors, branding and export packaging.
Where it earns its keep
Village road repairs, orchard irrigation channels, fence post concreting, small retaining walls, greenhouse floors and remote-site foundations. Each of those jobs has the same problem: the pour point sits a few hundred meters from anywhere a truck can park. The SDL200L carries the mix the last stretch under its own power, not on a wheelbarrow.

Questions we get asked
Is the machine in the video the one I would receive?
Same model, built on the same line. We shot that footage on customer sites instead of staging it in a yard, so it shows the machine doing the work you are buying it for. Before your unit is loaded we send you photographs of that exact unit.
Can a tracked mixer reach places a truck cannot?
That is what the tracked undercarriage is for. It crosses soft ground, mud and gravel without sinking, and it fits through gaps a concrete truck will not attempt. You mix at the pour point instead of barrowing from the roadside, and the rubber tracks do not tear up paving or turf.
How is the SDL200L shipped?
Fully assembled, held with chocks and lashing inside the container. We do not crate it, because a crate eats container volume and you pay for that in freight. Loading photographs go out before the doors close, with the loading plan and weights, so you can check what was packed against what you ordered.
What happens if it breaks down after delivery?
You get the parts list with part numbers, so you order the right filter or seal instead of describing one over the phone. We diagnose by video call. Filters, belts and seals sit in our stock and leave quickly. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for twelve months and excludes wear items.
Do you supply spare parts with the order?
We can, and we suggest it. Spare parts are light next to the machine and they fill the awkward gaps a mixer leaves in a container, so the freight costs you nothing extra because the box was going anyway. Most first orders include filters, belts and a set of hydraulic seals.
