TorqMax · Factory-Direct Machinery Manufacturer

Quality & Certifications

TorqMax machines ship from our own factory in Shenzhen with a documented quality process and market-specific certification — CE for the EU, EPA for the United States, and ISO-aligned quality management across production. This page shows exactly how quality is controlled, what certificates come with your order, and how to verify them before you place a purchase order.

Certifications: what we hold and what each covers

Certification Market What it covers
EPA Certificate of Conformity United States Non-road engine emissions compliance for gasoline engines (family TCGPS.2241PC-055)
CE marking European Union Machinery Directive conformity for equipment sold into EU markets
ISO-aligned quality management Global Documented production and inspection process across assembly and testing

Importers can download the EPA Certificate of Conformity (PDF) directly, or request the full certificate set with a quotation. For what to check on an EPA certificate before you buy, see our EPA certificate importer guide.

Quality control: six checkpoints from steel to shipment

Every machine passes the same six-stage control process before it is cleared for export packing:

  1. Incoming material inspection — steel, castings and bought-in components checked against specification on receipt.
  2. Fabrication and frame checks — welds, frame alignment and coating verified during chassis build.
  3. Assembly inspection — engine mounting, hydraulics, drive and controls assembled to drawing and inspected in line.
  4. Engine start and run test — every unit is started and run, not spot-checked, so faults surface before packing.
  5. Full function test — dumping, lifting, mixing, mowing or cutting functions exercised through their full range under load where applicable.
  6. Pre-shipment and loading inspection — final visual check, accessory count, crate condition and loading photos before the container is sealed.

Buyers are welcome to request inspection photos and video of their machines at stages 4-6 before shipment — a standard part of how we work with wholesale and project customers.

Inside the factory

Our Shenzhen facility covers over 8,000 square metres of fabrication, assembly, testing and packing, and handles the full production process for the machines we sell — we are the factory, not a trading desk between you and one.

Export packing: how machines arrive undamaged

Machines are crated or palletized to withstand a sea container and rough terminal handling — protection that matters more than any brochure claim once your units are in transit. Every shipment leaves with packing photos on file, so any transit damage can be assessed against the condition at loading.

Documents included with every shipment

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Bill of lading (sea) or airway bill (air)
  • Certificate of origin where required by your market
  • Engine certification documents (EPA / CE) applicable to your destination

Tell us your destination country when you request a quote so the document set matches local customs requirements from the first shipment.

Warranty and after-sales support

Every machine carries a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, with spare parts shipped from the same factory that built the machine. Our parts list stays open for every model we sell, and our team supports buyers by email and WhatsApp through the working week — the practical difference between a factory-direct supplier and a marketplace listing.

Frequently asked questions

Are TorqMax machines EPA-certified? Our gasoline machines use LONCIN engines covered by US EPA Certificate of Conformity TCGPS.2241PC-055; the certificate PDF is available for download before purchase.

Do you provide CE documentation for EU imports? Yes — CE documentation is prepared for EU-bound orders; request it with your quote so it ships with the customs file.

Can I inspect my machines before shipment? Yes — you can request inspection photos and video at the engine-test, function-test and pre-loading stages, or arrange a third-party inspection at our facility.

What happens if a machine arrives damaged? Loading photos are kept for every shipment, so transit damage is assessed against the condition at loading and resolved under our warranty and shipping terms.

Are spare parts available after purchase? Yes — we keep a full parts list for every model and ship spare parts worldwide, with the engine families widely available in most markets.
