The SDL500 is our 500kg tracked mini dump truck, and the tipping is hydraulic. We built it to take a genuine load over mud, sand and soft ground, lift the bed, and put the material where you want it. The three clips below come off job sites rather than out of our yard: loading, hauling, and the tip cycle with weight in the bed.
Most of these machines go to fence lines, garden work, footings and small building jobs, where the choice is a barrow and a strong back or something with tracks. You walk alongside it, load half a tonne, and let the tracks do the carrying. One operator handles the entire cycle from the console.
Watch it work
What makes the SDL500 different
The specification is short. Every line on it changes how the machine works on site, and none of it is an upgrade you order separately.
- 500kg payload. A genuine half-tonne of sand, gravel, soil or mixed concrete per trip, moved without pushing.
- Hydraulic dumping. The bed lifts and tips hydraulically, so you control the pour instead of shoveling it out by hand.
- Rubber crawler tracks. They cross mud, wet grass, sand and soft topsoil where wheels sink, and they mark turf far less than a barrow run does.
- Walk-along control. Throttle, steering and dumping are on the console, so one operator runs the whole cycle.
- 4.3kW engine. Compact, dependable power that starts easily, with an export-grade steel frame and rubber tracks as standard.
Where it earns its keep
None of this is specialist work. It is ordinary material handling, the kind that eats a day of labor on a small site.
- Fence and gate construction. Posts carried, concrete mixed and moved along the boundary line.
- Landscaping and gardening. Soil, mulch and topsoil moved without tearing up the lawn.
- Farm work: feed, manure and gravel for yards and stalls.
- Small building sites. Bricks, blocks, mortar and spoil removal in tight spaces.
- Greenhouse and nursery floors, where narrow aisles rule out bigger machinery.
Full specifications
One model, one set of numbers. Check the width and the track footprint against your gateways and aisles before you order, because those two figures decide where the machine will and will not go.

What buyers usually ask
How steep a slope will it climb?
With the tracks and a sensible load it handles the access ramps and site slopes most buyers have in front of them, which is what the footage shows on real ground rather than on a level pad. Tell us your gradient and your ground type and we will say if it is too steep.
Is the dump really hydraulic?
Yes. There is no manual tipping on this machine at all. The bed lifts and returns from a lever at the console, which turns unloading into a few seconds instead of the ten minutes a shovel gang needs, and it keeps you clear of a raised load.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We keep a full parts list for every model and ship parts worldwide, by courier or inside your next container. The engine family on the SDL500 is widely available in most markets, so filters, belts and seals are usually a local purchase.
Price, MOQ and shipping
We sell the SDL500 factory-direct. MOQ is 1 unit, lead time runs 15–30 days, and each machine ships in a standard export wooden crate. OEM/ODM branding and custom colors are available. Send your quantity and destination port, and we come back with a full CIF or FOB quote within 12 hours, Monday to Saturday, GMT+8.

Questions we get asked
What can a 500kg tracked dumper actually carry?
Half a tonne, and the clips show the hydraulic tip working with a realistic load rather than an empty bed. Stay inside the rating on rough ground. Overloading on slopes and soft surfaces breaks springs and axles first, and that is the failure no warranty covers.
Is the dumping mechanism hydraulic?
Yes, and the footage follows the entire tip cycle from where the operator stands. Hydraulic tipping is why these machines replace barrow gangs. The load leaves the bed instead of being shoveled out, which is the slowest and most injury-prone part of moving material by hand.
Can it be loaded by hand or does it need an excavator?
A tracked dumper cannot load itself. Something else fills the bed, whether that is an excavator, a loader or people with shovels. If nothing on your site can load it, the dumper will not work as your only machine, and a compact loader is the better single purchase.
How does it cope with soft ground and slopes?
The rubber tracks spread the load, so it crosses wet excavation floors and finished grass without rutting or bogging down. Wheeled dumpers fail in exactly that ground. On slopes the machine relies on engine braking, so ask us for the working gradient on your ground conditions before you order.
How is it packed for shipping?
It goes in fully assembled and secured with chocks and lashing, and loose parts are packed into the machine footprint. You get loading photographs and a loading plan showing each unit in position before the container is sealed, so you can check the quantity while there is still time to correct it.
